Service Delivery Policy

Kairosinfra, the unit of S4Fortune Consulting LLP provides specialized software consulting services. As our deliverables are intangible forensic reports and technical consultations, no physical shipping is involved.

1. Delivery Method
All service deliverables—including the Phase 0 Verdict, Phase 1 Audit Report, and Phase 2 Monitoring Dashboards—are delivered digitally. Delivery is made via:

Secure Email: Sent to the Client’s authorized corporate email address.

Virtual Data Room (VDR): Access to an encrypted, password-protected folder containing the final reports.

2. Delivery Timelines
We operate on a “Sprint Model” to match the pace of M&A transactions:

Phase 0 AI Authenticity Screen: Delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving the necessary external documentation (decks, architecture diagrams).

Phase 1 Full AI Risk Audit: Delivered within 72 hours of S4Fortune Consulting LLP being granted “Read-Only” access to the target’s code repositories and cloud infrastructure.

Phase 2 Portfolio Monitoring: Reports are delivered on a pre-scheduled monthly or quarterly basis as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

3. Proof of Delivery
For the purpose of payment reconciliation and “Proof of Service” for our payment partner (PayU), the following shall constitute successful delivery:

A timestamped email sent from a @kairosinfra.com domain to the client, containing the final Audit Memo or a secure link to the VDR.

Confirmation of the 60-minute Forensic CTO Interview conducted as part of the Phase 1 audit.

4. Service Delays
Our 48–72 hour guarantee is contingent upon receiving full cooperation and access from the Target Company.

Any delay in providing documentation or code access will result in a corresponding shift in the delivery timeline.

S4Fortune Consulting LLP is not liable for delays caused by the client or the target entity’s technical infrastructure downtime.

5. International Delivery
For our global clients (Singapore, UAE, UK, USA), services are delivered from our Pune operations center. Timezones for delivery will be coordinated with the respective deal team during the initial intake call.
